Welcome to PremiumInCheap. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (premiumincheap.com) and the purchase of our digital products. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

General information
PremiumInCheap is an online marketplace that sells genuine game keys, software license keys, and gift cards.
All products are delivered digitally to the email address (or WhatsApp/Telegram, where applicable) provided at checkout.
By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have legal parental/guardian consent.
Digital product delivery
Most products are delivered instantly after payment is confirmed.
Some products may require manual processing and will be delivered within 24–48 hours of purchase.
Delivery confirmation is sent once your order has been processed. If you don't receive it, please check spam/junk before contacting support.
Refund & return policy
Because our products are digital keys, refunds and returns are limited. Please refer to our full Refund & Dispute Policy for complete details. In summary:
A replacement key is issued at no extra cost if your key is confirmed defective or invalid.
A refund applies only if the replacement key also fails after our support team has attempted to resolve the issue.
A refund also applies if the product remains undelivered 24–48 hours after purchase due to a stockout.
Refunds are not available for: successful key activation, incorrect product selection, incompatible systems, buyer's remorse, unsupported/outdated devices, refusal of support assistance, or change of mind after purchase.
Payment terms
We accept payment via UPI and other secure payment gateways. By completing a purchase, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the full amount for the products ordered.
Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes are strictly prohibited. Please contact our support team directly for any billing concerns before raising a dispute with your bank or payment provider.
License & usage rights
Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in accordance with the original publisher's end-user license agreement (EULA).
Reselling, sharing, or distributing a key or license purchased from PremiumInCheap is strictly prohibited.
Misuse of a purchased key may result in license revocation by the publisher, without refund, and possible legal action.
Customer responsibilities
When using our website or purchasing a product, you agree that you will:
Provide accurate information during checkout.
Ensure your system/platform meets the product's requirements before purchase.
Not attempt to resell, duplicate, or misuse keys purchased from us.
Not engage in fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or abuse of our services.
Intellectual property
All content on PremiumInCheap — including text, images, logos, and website design — is our property and protected under copyright law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written consent.
Limitation of liability
PremiumInCheap is not responsible for damages arising from improper installation or misuse of a product, compatibility issues with your hardware or platform, or losses resulting from customer negligence (e.g. lost email access). Our total liability in any case will not exceed the purchase price of the relevant order.
Third-party software & vendors
All products and keys sold through PremiumInCheap are subject to the terms of their respective publishers (Microsoft, EA, Steam, and others). By purchasing a key, you also agree to the End User License Agreement (EULA) provided by that publisher.
PremiumInCheap is a reseller of digital keys and is not the original software manufacturer, game developer, or publisher. We do not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks, logos, or brand names referenced on our platform — these are used solely to identify genuine products available for purchase.
Seller obligations
As a marketplace, some products are listed by independent sellers. Sellers must list only genuine, legitimately-sourced keys and licenses — shared or unauthorized subscription/account access of any kind is not permitted. Listings found to involve stolen keys or unauthorized access will be removed immediately, and the seller's account may be suspended.
Privacy & data protection
We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.
Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if fraudulent or abusive activity is detected, these Terms are violated, or unauthorized use or resale of keys is discovered.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. In case of a dispute, customers agree to first contact PremiumInCheap support to seek resolution before raising a payment dispute with their bank or payment provider. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
